There are some problems that the cost of food does not match the production price and so a lot of food is just rotting. I wonder why they do not give the extra food to kids who need it. People usually get more then they can eat and wind up throwing it all away when they could get a lot of small portions if those portions are finished and the person is still hungry. "It works out to about a pound of food every day for every American".
